Products, Services & Experiences

Products purchased through our online store are subject to our Terms of Service, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund, Cancellation & Returns Policy.

Standard products are generally dispatched immediately or within 48 hours, subject to availability.

Bespoke and custom-made products have their own production and delivery arrangements. Current estimated turnaround for bespoke products is approximately 2–4 weeks, with the final delivery location and timing discussed and agreed with the customer.

Services, experiences and trips are not shipped. They take place on the dates and according to the arrangements specified at the time of booking. A confirmation email will be sent following a successful booking.
